Watercolour Painting

Watercolour was never my forte. Having been introduced to painting through opaque paints like poster colour and then acrylic, I feared transparent watercolour. I feared bloating the paper with excess water.

But recently, I have been trying my hand with this technique and I am addicted to it. To an impatient me, this technique is quick and neat. The more I paint, the more I understand the flexibility it has to offer. Here are a few paintings I made in the last couple of months. I think this medium would be best for my travel art journal.  What do you think?

  1. I don’t know much about the painting, but I loved these paintings.
